Orientation on the Baston and Knife
Empty hand against the Stick and Knife
Baston Strikes and Drills
Knife on Knife defense and disarms

What to Bring:
2 Bastons or Sticks
1 firm, blunt training knife
Notebook
(NO CAMERAS DURING WORKSHOP, PICTURES AFTERWARDS ARE ACCEPTABLE)

Who May Come:
Everyone is welcome. Any Stick and Knife enthusiast who would like to learn more.
This workshop is open to the public, and is a beginner to intermediate level workshop.
Very certain no matter what your level of expertise, you may learn something here.

Fees:
$40.00 in advance and $50.00 the day of the workshop
